Our key product specialities are to supply installation and maintenance hosted multi-site turnkey solutions. We also still supply and maintain many legacy systems that include Avaya and Samsung digital and IP systems. Due to the vast increase in demand for cloud solutions we are now committed to developing our own Cisco Hosted Platform with Sip trunks from the major suppliers, such as BT, Voiceflex, Gamma, Fidelity, Talk Talk and Virgin Business.
We chose a commercial strategy that gave us the greatest opportunity to deliver consistent and continued growth. Our route to market was both via Direct Sales, International distributors and Resellers.
We took opportunities to diversify the portfolio with complementary products and services.
We took the decision in 2017 to move to new premises and launch, AcornVoice, Acorn Network Services, and Acorn Energy. All of this is handled out of our Docklands office, we also have additional administration and support teams based in Mumbai where they handle Customer billing and provisioning. Additional support for Sales and Services are also handled in both Spain and Dubai.
